Not many girls know how to dress these days, so when we spotted this guy dressed in head to toe women's wear we were blown away. Charlotte wanted to kick him in the balls and take his jacket and all of his jewelery. He just screams BEAUTY QUEEN. If you're going to rock the opposite sex you have to go hard. P.S. I hope he was tucked because those are some short shorts.
