Delightful Darling Fashion

Ran into this sweet girl on 10th and 1st Ave on my way to the Russian Baths. This model, Chantal, is wearing a Sparkle & Fade tie-die shirt from Urban Outfitters, Levi shorts, and a bag from Germany. Chantal made sure to tell me her boots were from TARGET.. which reminded me that you don't have to spend an arm and a leg to look GREAT! Lets work with what we have people!!!
