Donnie Darko Edition Round II

I was chasing this guy down in Nolita and once I caught up to him I realized it was James Parker III from last weeks Donnie Darko edition. So making his 2nd appearance on the blog James has that ragged but put together fashion that I am obviously drawn to.  We got to talking about a short film idea I have for the web series "Fashion 2 Die 4."
